The Code of Ethics serves as the standard for professional business practices set by the National Alliance of Paintless Dent Repair Technicians.

1. Provide high-quality repair services at fair and reasonable prices.
2. Employ the most skilled and qualified technicians available.
3. Deliver a detailed invoice that clearly lists the cost of parts and services, including any used or remanufactured components. Replaced parts will be available for inspection upon request.
4. Demonstrate a personal commitment to each customer’s satisfaction.
5. Foster goodwill between vehicle owners and members of the association.
6. Offer customers an accurate estimate before any work is performed.
7. Make available or display all warranties related to parts and services.
8. Obtain the customer’s approval for all work in advance, either in writing or by another mutually agreed-upon method.
9. Inform customers promptly if scheduled appointments or promised completion times cannot be met.
10. Maintain service records for each customer for at least one year.
11. Take reasonable care of customer property while it is in our custody.
12. Provide a fair and efficient system for resolving customer complaints.
13. Work in cooperation with recognized consumer complaint mediation programs.
14. Uphold the highest standards of the profession and actively work to eliminate misconduct in the automotive industry.
15. Preserve the integrity of the National Alliance of Paintless Dent Repair Technicians (NAPDRT) and support all its members.
